Job Description-

We are seeking an experienced ReactJS / Frontend Engineer to join our team and work closely with our customer on-site. The ideal candidate will be hands-on, collaborative, and capable of translating business requirements into high-quality, scalable frontend solutions. This role requires regular on-site presence (3–4 days per week) to enable strong collaboration with customer stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain responsive web applications using React.js.
• Work closely with customer product owners, designers, and backend engineers on-site
• Translate functional and technical requirements into clean, efficient, and reusable code
• Implement server-side rendering (SSR), static site generation (SSG), and API integrations using Next.js
• Ensure high performance, accessibility, and cross-browser compatibility
• Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, and design discussions
• Troubleshoot and resolve UI issues in development, test, and production environments
• Follow best practices for frontend architecture, security, and scalability
• Contribute to continuous improvement of development standards and processes

Required Skills \& Qualifications

• Strong experience with React.js
• Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, and modern styling approaches (CSS Modules, Tailwind, or styled-components)
• Experience consuming REST and/or GraphQL APIs
• Solid understanding of front end performance optimization techniques
• Familiarity with Git-based version control systems
• Good understanding of responsive and mobile-first design principles
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in an on-site customer environment

Preferred / Nice-to-Have Skills

• Familiarity with authentication/authorization patterns
• Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and cloud platforms

Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
