Job Description
Job Responsibilities
- Execute the company’s annual recruitment plan to efficiently fulfill staffing demands of business departments.
- Lead the sourcing, interviewing and hiring of mid-to-senior roles, core talents and international professionals.
- Manage and expand recruitment channels, and build up talent pools.
- Optimize recruitment processes to boost hiring efficiency and candidate experience.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or above with at least 5 years of full-cycle recruitment experience; cross-border recruitment experience is preferred.
- Well-versed in the entire recruitment lifecycle, with outstanding talent sourcing and negotiation capabilities.
- Prior experience in equipment manufacturing or new energy industries is a plus.
- Strong communication and coordination skills, result-oriented, and able to work under pressure.
