Human Resources Specialist/Manager

Job Responsibilities

1. Execute the company’s annual recruitment plan to efficiently fulfill staffing demands of business departments.
2. Lead the sourcing, interviewing and hiring of mid-to-senior roles, core talents and international professionals.
3. Manage and expand recruitment channels, and build up talent pools.
4. Optimize recruitment processes to boost hiring efficiency and candidate experience.

Job Requirements

1. Bachelor’s degree or above with at least 5 years of full-cycle recruitment experience; cross-border recruitment experience is preferred.
2. Well-versed in the entire recruitment lifecycle, with outstanding talent sourcing and negotiation capabilities.
3. Prior experience in equipment manufacturing or new energy industries is a plus.
4. Strong communication and coordination skills, result-oriented, and able to work under pressure.
