FP&A Analyst/Associate

Leading Credit Fund in NYC looking to hire Financial Analyst/Associate.

The role is open due to growth of the firm and will have a ton of exposure to the C-Suite, Investment Team, Portfolio Managers, and other internal finance teams. They are looking for a self-starter who wants to own the FP\&A function, build out processes, support strategic decision making, and who wants to make a real impact!

Responsibilities

:

• Prepare spend vs. budget analyses, variance reporting, and management presentations.

• Perform financial analysis comparing forecasts, actual results, and prior periods to identify trends and business insights.

• Partner with business leaders to provide budgeting support, expense forecasting, and financial performance tracking.

• Help improve reporting processes, develop new analyses, and contribute to special projects for senior finance leadership.

• Present performance estimates and results directly to senior management

• Support financing, fundraising, and investor relations analyses

• Manage ad hoc data requests from internal and external stakeholders

• Drive tech/AI-enabled process automation
