What You’ll Do:

• Lead residential electrical installation and service projects
• Install and repair panels, outlets, lighting, EV chargers, and smart home systems
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex residential electrical issues
• Supervise and mentor junior electricians
• Communicate directly with homeowners and ensure high satisfaction
• Maintain tools, inventory, and job documentation
• Ensure compliance with NEC and local electrical codes

What We’re Looking For:

• 4\+ years of residential electrical experience
• Strong knowledge of wiring, breakers, circuits, and code compliance
• Ability to read blueprints and troubleshoot independently
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Valid driver's license with a clean record
