Position Overview
The Director of Sales is a senior, quota-carrying enterprise
hunter
responsible for driving new logo acquisition and expanding OneDine’s footprint across enterprise and upper mid-market restaurant brands. This role requires prior experience selling restaurant, hospitality or foodservice technology and is not intended for generalist SaaS sellers new to the industry.
You will lead complex, consultative sales cycles with multi-unit operators, positioning OneDine within highly integrated restaurant technology environments. Success in this role depends on a deep understanding of how restaurant technology ecosystems function in the real world - from POS and payments to guest experience, data, and operational workflows.
Key Responsibilities
· Drive net-new enterprise and upper mid-market revenue by prospecting, qualifying and closing complex restaurant technology deals.
· Own the full sales cycle, from executive-level discovery through solution design, commercial negotiation and contract execution.
· Engage credibly with stakeholders across restaurant operations, IT, finance and digital innovation.
· Develop and execute territory and account plans informed by an understanding of restaurant tech stacks and integration independencies.
· Position OneDine as a strategic platform within broader hospitality ecosystems including POS, payments, loyalty, CRM, online ordering, kiosks and back-of-house systems.
· Partner closely with Product, Marketing, Implementation and Customer Success to ensure accurate scoping and successful deployments.
· Maintain disciplined pipeline management and forecasting in Salesforce.
· Represent OneDine at industry events and executive meetings.
Required Qualifications \& Experience
· 7\+ years of B2B sales experience selling restaurant, hospitality or foodservice technology.
This experience is required.
· Proven success closing complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise deals within multi-unit restaurant organizations.
· Hands-on experience navigating integrated restaurant technology environments, including POS systems.
· Strong Understanding of restaurant operations and the operational impact of technology decisions.
· Ability to translate technical capabilities into executive-level business outcomes.
· Exceptional communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
· Self\=directed and highly accountable.
