About the Position
The KETIV Marketing Team is hiring an Account Based Marketing Manager to drive pipeline growth across high-value manufacturing accounts — both existing customers and net-new logos.
This role owns the strategy and execution of scalable, data-driven ABM programs that identify target accounts, build engagement across buying committees, and accelerate revenue. You will partner closely with Sales to prioritize accounts, segment audiences, and deploy personalized campaigns ranging from 1:many to 1:1\.
This is a high-impact role for someone who understands how to turn focused account strategy into measurable pipeline.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute KETIV’s Account Based Marketing strategy across target industries and priority accounts.
- Partner with Sales leadership to define tiered account lists (1:many, 1:few, 1:1) for both new logo acquisition and account expansion.
- Research and build target account lists using firmographic, technographic, and intent data.
- Design and launch multi-channel ABM programs across email, digital, events, outbound support, and executive engagement.
- Develop account-specific and persona-driven messaging aligned to manufacturing and engineering buyers.
- Leverage AI and data insights to scale personalization for higher-value accounts.
- Collaborate with content, digital, events, and partner teams to ensure campaigns align with target account priorities.
- Measure performance across sourced and influenced pipeline, engagement, deal velocity, and revenue impact.
- Manage ABM tools, vendors, timelines, and budget.
Qualifications
- Direct experience building or owning ABM or strategic account marketing programs.
- B2B marketing experience in manufacturing, industrial, or enterprise software/SaaS.
- You know how to build a program and run projects. You are a proactive self-starter, demonstrating high initiative and critical thinking.
- You have impeccable task management and are able to clearly communicate status, achievements, and roadblocks to keep projects rolling.
- Strong understanding of pipeline management, attribution, and revenue metrics.
- Experience building and delivering field marketing campaigns, events, executive and key account programs, and partner activity.
- Experience collaborating closely with Sales leaders.
- Proven ability to manage cross-functional initiatives independently.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience working within CRM and marketing automation platforms (HubSpot / HubSpot Breeze experience preferred).
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience marketing within Autodesk, Ansys, Tacton, or similar manufacturing software ecosystems.
- Familiarity with ABM platforms, intent data tools, or sales intelligence platforms.
- Experience marketing to engineering, operations, or manufacturing leadership.
- HubSpot [Breeze] experience
