Position Overview:

Our client is seeking a detail-oriented

Compensation Analyst

with 3-5 years of experience to support the design, administration, and analysis of compensation programs across the organization. This role will play a key part in evaluating salary recommendations, ensuring compliance with wage and hour regulations, conducting market pricing activities, and supporting various compensation-related projects. Key Responsibilities

  • Review and analyze salary recommendations for new hires, promotions, transfers, and internal equity adjustments.
  • Partner with HR and business leaders to ensure compensation decisions align with company pay philosophy and market competitiveness.

  • Participate in compensation surveys and analyze external market data to support pay decisions.
  • Monitor and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local wage and hour laws and regulations.

  • Support annual compensation processes including salary planning, merit increases, and market adjustments.
  • Analyze compensation data, identify trends, and provide insights and recommendations to management.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of compensation analysis experience.

  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including PivotTables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, data analysis, and reporting.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to present compensation recommendations to stakeholders.
