A well-established South Florida general contractor is seeking a Senior Superintendent to lead field operations on a 36-floor high-rise ground-up in Brickell — one of the most active vertical construction markets in the country right now.

The Project:

36-story mixed-use tower, ground-up, Brickell submarket

What You'll Own:

📌 Full field operations for a high-rise ground-up from the ground up

📌 Direct coordination with PM, subcontractors, and ownership rep

📌 Schedule, safety, and quality control at a 36-floor scale

📌 Leading a team of assistant supers and field staff through vertical construction sequencing

What They're Looking For:

✅ 8\+ years as a Superintendent, with high-rise ground-up experience required

✅ Proven track record managing schedule and subs on 20\+ story vertical builds

✅ Strong communication across ownership, GC leadership, and trade partners

✅ South Florida market experience strongly preferred

Compensation:

$150,000–$190,000 base, DOE
