Job Description
This is a hybrid position requiring an on-site presence at our corporate headquarters in Houston, Texas, three to four days per week.
Summary:
This role is responsible for providing analytical thought leadership, standard and ad hoc analysis, data modeling, reporting, and insights in support of the Sales organization . This role will design metrics, routines, and supporting tools to ensure the right activities and behaviors are measured for new and steady-state business processes, and the ability to correlate those behaviors to drive desired financial results.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Partner with the PO on solving unstructured problems leveraging or creating data solutions
- Analyze trends and develops insights that create a bias for action to optimize profitable sales growth
- Design and develop streamlined and linked reporting across multiple functions in support of annual goal planning, quarterly reviews, and daily execution processes
- Work closely with Sales Technology Enablement and Learning and Development teams to develop communication, training, and deployment plans
- Work closely with Business Technology team to create analytics and reporting capabilities to enable performance management routines
- Manage Director - level stakeholders with ease and confidence and seek multiple ways to solve each problem, demonstrating mastery of your craft
- Contribute to cutting edge projects that include Agentic AI, Gen AI, and personalization.

Required Minimum Education:
- High School Diploma
- 4-year bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Mathematics, Engineering or another analytical field of study preferred
Required Minimum Experience:
- 1-3\+ years of experience in a Revenue Management, Sales or Finance/Merchandising role
- 3\+ years of reporting and analytics experience
- 5\+ years of experience working in a project, results-driven or field operations type role strongly preferred
- Foodservice distribution or similar industry experience preferred
Abilities and Skills:
- Ability to think quantitatively, develop reporting based on business cases/needs to diagnose root causes/results drivers
- Quickly analyze new or existing reporting for insights to prioritize opportunities and effectively synthesize for leadership
- Experience modeling data and creating field ready reporting and insights tools
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skillset required. Extensive working knowledge of the entire Microsoft Office suite of products preferred
Work Environment:
- This position may be located at the headquarters facility in Houston Texas but could be conducted remotely as needed
- Up to 10% travel may be required in this role, specifically if conducted remotely and meetings to Sysco headquarters are necessary
- Must be able to travel on occasion to Sysco facilities or operating companies
