Job Description
I'm working with a global data and analytics company, looking to add a Senior Scrum Master/Project Manager to their team!
Location: Remote - EST or CST
Contract Duration: Thru end of 2027
Pay rate: $50-55/hr
W2 ONLY
About this role:
- Lead 3 engineering team - one Kanban team and two Agile Scrum teams
- Teams have standard team structures including developers, QA, Product Managers, and Project Managers
- Support a high-visibility program focused on building a large AI-powered screening agent for customers
- Partner with distributed teams across the U.S. and U.K., coordinating priorities, timelines, and delivery across multiple Agile teams
Experience:
- 7\+ years of scrum master experience
- PMP and CSM certifications
- Experience leading steering committees
- AI project experience
- Experience with Jira and Confluence
- Someone who can work in a fast paced environment and has an executive presence
