As the Graphic Designer at OBT, you will play a key role in supporting the company’s branding, marketing, and communication initiatives across the group. You will be responsible for creating visually engaging and professional designs for digital and print platforms while ensuring consistency with the company’s brand identity and communication standards.

The successful candidate will demonstrate creativity, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, international environment while contributing to the company’s overall visibility and brand presence

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in graphic design or a similar creative role.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
  • Experience with video editing tools such as Premiere Pro or After Effects is an advantage.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating creative and professional design work.
  • Knowledge of branding, typography, colour theory, and layout design.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and work under tight deadlines.
  • Experience designing for both digital and print media

Job Responsibilities

  • Design marketing materials including brochures, presentations, banners, flyers, social media content, and company profiles.
  • Create engaging visual content for digital campaigns, websites, and internal communications.
  • Maintain and ensure consistency of the company’s branding across all platforms and materials.
  • Collaborate cross functionally with all departments to support business initiatives and campaigns.
  • Prepare artwork and layouts for both print and digital production.
  • Edit and enhance photos, graphics, and multimedia content as required.
  • Assist in developing creative concepts and visual strategies for campaigns and corporate events.
  • Ensure all designs are delivered within agreed timelines and quality standards.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, design tools, and creative techniques.
  • Organize and maintain the company’s design files and media assets.
  • Support video editing and basic motion graphics creation where required.
  • Coordinate with external vendors and printers when necessary.
  • Ensure all content aligns with company values and professional standards.
  • Support employer branding and recruitment campaigns through creative design work.
  • Perform other duties as required
