As Trackier continues to expand its global footprint, we are looking for a Performance Marketing Manager who can drive scalable pipeline growth through a combination of performance marketing, marketing operations, and growth initiatives.
This role is critical in ensuring that marketing investments translate into measurable business outcomes through efficient acquisition strategies, optimized conversion funnels, robust marketing operations, and strategic growth partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
Performance Marketing \& Demand Generation
- Own the planning, execution, and optimization of paid campaigns across Google,LinkedIn, Meta, YouTube, and other relevant acquisition channels
- Develop full-funnel paid marketing strategies aligned with pipeline and revenue goals
- Monitor and optimize key metrics, including CPL, CAC, ROAS, SQL conversion, pipeline contribution, and campaign ROI
- Lead A/B testing initiatives across creatives, audiences, landing pages, ad copies, and conversion flows
- Collaborate with content, design, product marketing, and dev teams to improve campaign performance and product GTMs
- Identify and experiment with new acquisition channels, targeting strategies, and growth opportunities
- Build attribution models and reporting frameworks to measure campaign effectiveness across the funnel
- Support operational planning for PR campaigns, events, and other new growth experiments
CRM, Marketing Automation \& Analytics
- Own marketing operations across CRM and marketing automation platforms such as HubSpot and Salesforce
- Ensure lead lifecycle management, lead scoring, routing, nurturing workflows, and CRM hygiene are maintained effectively
- Analyze campaign, funnel, and customer data to derive actionable insights for growth and optimization
- Build dashboards and reporting structures for marketing, sales, and leadership stakeholders
- Improve data accuracy, campaign tracking, attribution setup, and reporting consistency across systems
- Work closely with sales teams to improve MQL-to-SQL conversion efficiency and pipeline visibility
- Introduce AI-driven workflows and automation opportunities to improve campaign efficiency, reporting, research, and execution speed
Growth Partnerships \& Ecosystem Operations
- Drive outreach and relationship-building initiatives with ecosystem partners, agencies, affiliates, and technology platforms
- Identify strategic integration and co-marketing opportunities that can contribute to lead generation and brand visibility
- Coordinate webinars, joint campaigns, marketplace collaborations, and ecosystem growth initiatives
- Manage partner pipelines, communication workflows, and reporting processes
- Support growth initiatives across referral programs, affiliate partnerships, and
- performance-driven collaborations
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Technology or Engineering is mandatory
- 4\+ years of experience in Performance Marketing, Growth Marketing, or Marketing Operations, preferably in SaaS, B2B technology, or high-growth digital businesses
- Hands-on experience managing multi-channel acquisition campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads, and YouTube Advertising
- Working knowledge of HubSpot, Salesforce, Google Analytics (GA4), and marketing attribution platforms
- Strong understanding of demand generation, funnel optimization, lead management, marketing analytics, campaign attribution, and conversion rate optimization (CRO)
- Experience managing marketing budgets, performance reporting, and growth initiatives with measurable business impact
- Excellent analytical, communication, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Familiarity with AI-powered tools for campaign optimization, workflow automation, reporting, research, and operational efficiency is preferred
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in a product-led SaaS organization
- Familiarity with affiliate marketing, partnership marketing, or ecosystem growth programs
- Experience implementing AI-powered marketing workflows and automation
- Exposure to account-based marketing (ABM) and revenue operations (RevOps) practices
