What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Lead and coach Scrum ceremonies while promoting Agile best practices and continuous improvement
• Define and enhance Agile processes, incorporating AI within the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
• Drive backlog strategy and prioritization decisions in collaboration with Product Owners and business stakeholders
• Proactively identify and resolve blockers, manage dependencies, and report delivery metrics to leadership
• Oversee Salesforce platform health, including security governance, system configuration, and proactive monitoring

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• Minimum of 7 years of experience working within Agile project teams
• At least 3 years of experience as a Scrum/project manager
• A minimum of 2 years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
• Certified Salesforce Admin (required)

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• Scrum Master Certification
• Salesforce Admin II certification
• Certified Scrum certification
• Proven expertise in administering Service and Sales Cloud
