Responsibilities:
- Lead, mentor, and develop junior electrical engineering staff to support project goals.
- Oversee and facilitate communication among internal teams and external clients to ensure successful project delivery.
- Drive performance and success of electrical engineering projects from concept through completion.
- Pursue and cultivate new business opportunities through both direct and indirect client interaction.
- Maintain optimal business relationships while upholding the highest standards of professionalism and engineering integrity.
- Apply detailed knowledge of electrical engineering design principles and applicable codes to support project outcomes.
- Contribute to the achievement of team mission and profitability objectives.
Must-Have Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum of 4 years of professional experience in electrical engineering.
- Current and valid Professional Electrical Engineer (PE) license in good standing.
- Proven leadership qualities with experience mentoring or developing engineering staff.
- Strong communication and client relationship skills.
- Experience with AutoCAD and Revit for design visualization and documentation.
Nice-to-Have Skills:
- Specialized experience in engineering systems (e.g., lighting, power distribution, specialized facilities).
- Certifications such as ADA, LEED, or other engineering system specialties.
- Business development or client-facing experience in the design services sector.
- Familiarity with industry-standard project management tools and workflows.
