Senior Project Manager

The Senior Project Manager is responsible for leading and delivering complex and high-impact projects from initiation through closure. This role ensures projects are completed on time, within scope and budget, while aligning with organizational strategy, governance standards, and stakeholder expectations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, execution, monitoring, and closure of strategic and multi-functional projects.
• Develop comprehensive project plans including scope, schedule, budget, resources, and risk management.
• Manage internal and external stakeholders and maintain clear, consistent communication.
• Lead and motivate cross-functional project teams, ensuring accountability and performance.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks; proactively resolve issues and escalations.
• Ensure adherence to approved project management methodologies (PMI, Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid).
• Track project performance using KPIs and provide regular status reports to senior leadership.
• Manage change requests and ensure proper governance and approvals.
• Ensure quality standards and business objectives are achieved.
• Contribute to PMO process improvements and best practices.
• Mentor and coach junior project managers and team members.

Qualifications \& Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 5–10\+ years

of experience in project management

Professional certifications preferred:

• PMP
• PRINCE2
• Agile / Scrum certification (a plus)
