Job Description

For our client, we are seeking a Senior Scrum Master to join the team of a leader in the Real Estate \& Construction space.

This role will support agile delivery across software teams, helping ensure ceremonies are effective, work is well-coordinated, and teams can deliver with greater transparency and consistency. The Senior Scrum Master will work closely with Product Owners, delivery stakeholders, and other Scrum Masters to strengthen backlog health, remove barriers, and improve overall team agility. This is an opportunity to influence both day-to-day execution and broader Lean-Agile practices across the organization.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $112,400 – $149,800 annually

Responsibilities

  • Facilitate Scrum and Agile events to ensure they are purposeful and effective.
  • Coach teams in Lean-Agile principles, fostering an inclusive and collaborative environment.
  • Partner with Product Owners to ensure backlog health and alignment with business objectives.
  • Identify and help remove impediments, risks, and organizational barriers.
  • Lead problem-solving conversations to address delivery challenges with stakeholders.
  • Use Agile tools like Jira to maintain delivery metrics and transparency.
  • Collaborate with other Scrum Masters to enhance team and organizational agility.

Qualifications

  • 5-7 years of experience as a Scrum Master in agile software delivery teams.
  • 1-2 years of experience in the Scaled Agile Framework is preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, and Lean-Agile principles.
  • Ability to coach teams on Agile practices and delivery effectiveness.
  • Certification as a ScrumMaster or SAFe Advanced Scrum Master is required.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Exceptional communication and facilitation skills.
