Bitget Wallet is experiencing rapid growth, and we are looking for a Talent Acquisition Lead to take full ownership of our talent strategy. This is a unique, high-impact opportunity to be the sole TA lead for the business unit, partnering directly with C-level leadership to define our hiring roadmap and build the world-class team that powers our next phase of expansion.
What you'll do
- Talent Strategy \& Ownership: Define and execute the hiring strategy for Bitget Wallet, aligning talent acquisition with core business objectives across all functions (Tech, Product, Ops, Marketing, and more).
- C-Level Partnership: Work directly with executive leadership to forecast hiring needs, advise on talent market trends, and ensure our hiring plan supports long-term scalability.
- End-to-End Execution: Own the full lifecycle of critical hires, from defining role requirements and sourcing strategy to final offers and onboarding. You will be the driving force behind our most important placements.
- Scaling \& Roadmap: Build and maintain a dynamic hiring roadmap. Identify bottlenecks, optimize processes, and ensure we are consistently attracting and securing top-tier talent in a competitive market.
- Employer Branding: Position Bitget Wallet as an employer of choice in the Web3 space, crafting narratives that attract high-caliber candidates and strengthen our market reputation.
What you'll need
- Strategic Builder: You have 5\+ years of TA experience, ideally in high-growth Tech, Web3, or Crypto environments. You know how to build hiring engines from the ground up.
- Business-First Mindset: You don't just fill seats; you solve business problems. You understand product, tech, and operations well enough to advise leaders on talent trade-offs.
- Executive Presence: You are comfortable partnering with C-level stakeholders, influencing decisions with data, and pushing back when necessary to ensure hiring quality.
- Full-Stack Recruiter: You can strategize at the macro level but also execute at the micro level—sourcing, engaging, closing, and negotiating with top talent across diverse functions.
- Data-Driven: You use metrics to drive efficiency, track pipeline health, and optimize conversion rates throughout the hiring funnel.
- Global Vision: You have experience hiring across multiple regions and understand the nuances of building an international team.
