About The Role

As the Marketing Operations Manager, you will be at the forefront of our marketing initiatives, enabling our team to run impactful campaigns efficiently and effectively.

You will collaborate closely with various teams to ensure our marketing processes are streamlined and our data is accurate, driving results across all marketing channels. Your expertise in marketing technology and operations will be vital in building the foundation for our marketing successes.

Core Responsibilities

Marketing Automation \& Campaign Operations

  • Platform Excellence (HubSpot/SFDC):

Design, manage, and execute sophisticated email

nurturing campaigns and inbound lead flows within HubSpot, ensuring technical integrity

and optimal performance. This includes identifying and segmenting target leads that

match our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP).

  • Full-Funnel Accountability:

Support the lead generation engine with key responsibility

for hitting Lead, MQL, and SQL targets as per FY27 planning outputs.

  • Content Deployment:

Use marketing collateral, including Generative AI white papers and

executive webinars, to attract and engage with target audiences.

  • AI-Driven Insights:

Champion the use of data-driven insights to maximise ROI of

marketing spend.

Event Logistics \& Data Management

  • End-to-End Event Management:

Lead the coordination, design, and physical operation

of trade shows and bespoke events. This includes everything from vendor management

and booth setup to prospect check-ins and on-site logistics.

  • Data Integrity \& Reporting:

Ensure all event intelligence is captured, clean, and actionable

by uploading lead and attendance information to SFDC immediately post-event.

Sales Enablement \& Pipeline Alignment

  • Seamless Handoff:

Work closely with sales personnel to ensure a seamless, timely

hand-off of leads following marketing activity, maintaining a strict feedback loop on lead

quality and sales outcomes.

Requirements

What Success Looks Like

Experience

  • Demonstrable experience in marketing operations or related fields
  • Proven track record of managing marketing campaigns and processes
  • Experience with marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo)

Skills \& Competencies

  • Strong understanding of CRM and marketing technology stacks
  • Proficiency in data analytics and reporting tools
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with a keen attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
