Job Description
Digital Marketing Manager – Demand Generation \& Operations
Location:
Swansea, Wales (Hybrid)
Salary:
Up to £50,000
Type:
Full-time, Permanent
This role probably isn't for you. But if it is - keep reading.
We are looking for a Digital Marketing Manager for a fast-growing UK B2B SaaS business whose platform is used by NHS Trusts, UK police forces, local authorities, and mid-market enterprises.
This is not a coordinator role. It is not an agency liaison role. It is not a "raise brand awareness and report on impressions" role.
It is a hands-on, commercially accountable position for someone who builds things, measures things, and takes ownership of outcomes.
What you will own
→ End-to-end demand generation campaigns across regulated sector verticals → HubSpot — workflows, lifecycle stages, lead routing, attribution, dashboards → External SEO and paid media agencies — strategy, targets, accountability → Content and copy for very different audiences (NHS leaders, local authority directors, chief constables) → LinkedIn presence — for the brand and as a credible voice in market yourself → The marketing reporting layer — pipeline contribution, ROI, channel mix → Webinars, roundtables, events and thought leadership programmes → How AI can make the marketing function smarter and more efficient
Who we are looking for
- You have 5\+ years of B2B marketing experience with campaigns measured on qualified pipeline and revenue - not vanity metrics.
- You know HubSpot properly. Advanced workflows, lead scoring, lifecycle stages, custom attribution. Not "I've used it." Built it.
- You have managed external agencies and held them to commercial outcomes, not just reviewed their slide decks.
- You can write with authority and adapt your tone for senior buyers in complex, regulated environments.
- You are genuinely comfortable with data. You enjoy the numbers.
- You are active on LinkedIn - not just competent. You understand what good looks like in a long B2B sales cycle and you practise it yourself.
- You are already using AI tools to work more efficiently. Not experimenting. Using.
- You are based within commuting distance of Swansea and comfortable with hybrid working.
- Experience in B2B SaaS, EdTech, HR Tech, GovTech or regulated sectors is a strong advantage.
A note on this search
This combination of skills is genuinely rare. We know that.
If you match strongly across most of this — not every single point — we want to hear from you. If one or two elements are missing but everything else fits, get in touch anyway.
What we are not looking for is someone who needs the role explained to them. This is a building role in a business that is genuinely moving, and the right person will recognise it immediately.
What is on offer
→ Up to £50,000 depending on experience → 25 days annual leave plus public holidays → Salary sacrifice pension with employer contributions → Hybrid working — Swansea office with home working flexibility → Home office setup allowance → Discounted local parking → Real ownership in a scaling B2B SaaS business
How to apply
Please apply with a concise CV - two pages maximum. Edit it down before you send it. Clarity and relevance matter more than volume, and the ability to communicate efficiently is part of what this role requires.
