We’re looking for a detail-oriented and analytical

Operations Analyst

to join our growing team. In this role, you will play a key part in analyzing and improving the efficiency of our operational processes. You will collaborate with various departments to ensure seamless operations, identify areas for improvement, and contribute to data-driven decision-making. Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze and interpret operational data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of strategies to streamline processes and improve productivity.
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational metrics.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data and insights for operational improvements.
  • Support the implementation of new operational systems, tools, and processes.
  • Assist in preparing reports and presentations for senior management, providing insights and recommendations.
  • Conduct market and competitive research to support decision-making.
  • Participate in process mapping and documentation for operational workflows.
  • Provide data-driven solutions and insights to optimize resource allocation and operational performance.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations Management, Economics, or a related field.
  • Basic knowledge of data analysis, business operations, and performance metrics.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret and synthesize complex data.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present findings to both technical and non-technical teams.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau), and other analytical software (preferred but not required).
  • Familiarity with process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma) is a plus.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Previous experience in an operations or analyst role (preferred but not required).
