Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Product Owner to lead the delivery of a new enterprise intranet and digital employee portal. This highly visible, cross-enterprise initiative will serve as the digital front door for employees and support HR and enterprise initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the end-to-end delivery of the enterprise intranet replacement, serving as the main point of contact for backlog prioritization and daily delivery decisions.
- Collaborate closely with the Product Manager, Scrum Master, development team, IT, HR, Corporate Communications, Security, and implementation partners.
- Translate enterprise strategy into actionable work, manage dependencies, and ensure the timely delivery of a high-quality employee experience.
- Own and refine the product backlog, acting as the single source of truth for requirements and scope trade-offs.
- Translate strategy and governance into clear user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Participate in PI planning and sprint reviews, facilitate UAT and product demonstrations.
- Balance stakeholder priorities and ensure compliance with security, accessibility, and governance requirements.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 7 years’ experience as a Product Owner or Senior Product Analyst in enterprise environments.
- Proven track record delivering intranets, portals, or digital employee experiences.
- Strong Agile/SAFe expertise and excellent requirements and acceptance criteria skills.
- Demonstrated ability to make informed delivery decisions in complex environments.
Preferred:
Experience with ServiceNow Employee Center Pro or similar platforms, knowledge of AI-driven capabilities within ServiceNow, experience with content governance, taxonomy, navigation, and enterprise search, large-scale migration initiatives, and prior work with system integrators.
