- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 6 years of experience in UX design, product design, or a related field.
- Experience with Artificial Intelligence (AI) technologies, including Generative AI, and blending design with AI tools and workflows.
- Experience in leadership, design strategy, design patterns, and design thinking.

Preferred qualifications:
- Master's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

This is a unique opportunity to lead experience systems leadership, moving from deterministic interfaces to experience infrastructure.
In this role, you will work at the intersection of UX, Engineering, and AI Research to define system logic and behavior models that establish trust and safety. Your work will leverage AI to accelerate the product development lifecycle from ideation to vibe-coding and rapid experimentation. By partnering with cross-functional teams, you will establish shared agentic experimentation environments to test multi-agent systems and ensure experience coherence for our customers and support agents.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $159,000-$233,000 \+ bonus \+ equity \+ benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities

- Orchestrate autonomous systems and generative UI by defining complex system logic and behavior models for agentic flows, moving beyond deterministic interfaces to experience infrastructure.
- Lead human-centered evaluation practices for AI-driven products, defining methods for trust calibration and cognitive load while redefining success metrics from standard usability to experience coherence.
- Identify and build AI-assisted workflows and automated evaluation systems that scale design capacity and significantly speed up iteration cycles.
- Evolve design craft by adopting novel AI-first methods, transitioning from static artifacts to interactive, system-driven prototypes that shape the future of customer engagement.
