Job Description
A well-established, Regional Property Management Company (MLP, LLC) is seeking a Temporary Training and Operations Specialist. This is a temporary position running from July through October 2026, supporting our operational needs.
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented professional to support regional property operations, marketing, and administrative functions across multiple communities. This role serves as a key liaison between corporate and on-site teams, helping ensure consistency in branding, operational performance, and resident experience. The ideal candidate has prior on-site property management experience and strong systems proficiency, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
Personnel \& Staffing Support
- Assist Regional/Area Manager with coordination of new hire training
- Support training efforts related to company policies and procedures
- Serve as a liaison between corporate teams and on-site management/maintenance staff
- Promote and reinforce company culture and branding across teams
Administrative \& Operational Support
- Exercise sound judgment and business practices in daily responsibilities
- Participate in process improvement initiatives for leasing and maintenance operations
- Conduct weekly prospect lead audits and bi-monthly compensation surveys
- Compile, analyze, and distribute weekly occupancy and traffic reports with recommendations
- Ensure timely and accurate completion of all operational and marketing-related reporting
- Coordinate mass communications to employees, residents, and prospects
Marketing, Advertising \& Leasing Support
- Manage and update company social media presence (private and public platforms)
- Monitor online reputation weekly; draft and post responses to reviews as needed
- Develop and schedule social media content (minimum 3 posts per week) and manage boosted ads
- Update website content including hours, images, and pricing
- Review SEO/SEM performance and provide recommendations
- Analyze leasing dashboards weekly and identify missed opportunities
- Coordinate media requests with on-site teams (photos, virtual tours, videos)
- Support new property setup including Yardi, RentCafe, websites, and marketing collateral
- Assist in marketing and advertising contract coordination and oversight
- Source and purchase branded marketing materials for properties
Field \& Physical Responsibilities
- Conduct monthly/quarterly site visits to evaluate property condition, amenities, signage, and curb appeal
- Analyze site visit findings and provide actionable recommendations
- Provide on-site coverage support as needed for staffing gaps, PTO, or operational needs
Qualifications:
- Previous multi-family experience required
- Prior on-site property management experience preferred
- Experience with Yardi and RentCafe preferred
- Analytical experience preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel
- Strong organizational, communication, and analytical skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities across properties and deadlines
- Experience with leasing operations, marketing coordination, or reporting preferred
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
This role may require occasional travel to property sites. Flexibility in schedule may be needed to support operational demands. Responsibilities may evolve based on business needs.
