experienced and driven Speech Pathologist to join our established team at our Hurstville and / or Wetherill Park clinics

Your Role:
- Provide assessment, therapy, and intervention for children and adults with communication, speech, and swallowing difficulties.
- Lead clinical quality through supporting junior clinicians
- Develop and implement individualised therapy plans aligned with best practices.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including occupational therapists and psychologists.
- Build and manage a caseload through strong community and referral partnerships.
- Maintain detailed clinical documentation and comply with NDIS and professional guidelines.
What We’re Looking For:
- SPA Registration as a Speech Pathologist
- At least 2\+ years of experience
in speech pathology
- Strong clinical capability acrsss the lifespan in disability, or community settings
- Confident communicator with the ability to lead, influence, and build relationships
- Passionate about evidence-based practice and delivering meaningful, person-centred outcomes
- NDIS Worker Screening Check \& WWCC (or willingness to obtain)
