experienced and driven Speech Pathologist to join our established team at our Hurstville and / or Wetherill Park clinics

Your Role:

  • Provide assessment, therapy, and intervention for children and adults with communication, speech, and swallowing difficulties.
  • Lead clinical quality through supporting junior clinicians
  • Develop and implement individualised therapy plans aligned with best practices.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including occupational therapists and psychologists.
  • Build and manage a caseload through strong community and referral partnerships.
  • Maintain detailed clinical documentation and comply with NDIS and professional guidelines.

What We’re Looking For:

  • SPA Registration as a Speech Pathologist
  • At least 2\+ years of experience

in speech pathology

  • Strong clinical capability acrsss the lifespan in disability, or community settings
  • Confident communicator with the ability to lead, influence, and build relationships
  • Passionate about evidence-based practice and delivering meaningful, person-centred outcomes
  • NDIS Worker Screening Check \& WWCC (or willingness to obtain)
