We are seeking a

Logistics Supervisor

for our Cannon Hill processing facility on the day shift.

You will lead and support our logistics team to ensure safe, efficient operations and on-time delivery performance (DIFOT). You’ll oversee inventory management, coordinate with production and customer service teams, and drive continuous improvement across warehouse and dispatch functions.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain a safe, compliant work environment and uphold OHS standards.
• Ensure accurate inventory control, FIFO rotation, and on-time order fulfilment.
• Support quality assurance, audits, and compliance requirements.
• Lead, train, and develop team members to maximise performance.
• Collaborate with production and planning teams to align logistics with operational needs.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to improve efficiency and reduce waste.

About You

• Experience in logistics, inventory management, or a similar fast-paced environment.
• Can demonstrate strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient with inventory systems and performance reporting.
• Committed to safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
