Our confidential client seeks an individual capable of deducing business needs, uncovering inefficiencies, and orchestrating the seamless delivery of HR technology solutions across the entire employee lifecycle.

The ideal candidate will possess

• A relevant Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Human Resources, Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 5\+ years proven experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or similar role within HR systems.
• A comprehensive understanding of end-to-end HR products and the employee lifecycle.
• Expertise in HRIS, HCM, ATS, payroll, performance management, or learning management systems.
• The ability to communicate effectively with both technical minds and business stakeholders.
• Strong Agile/Scrum experience and a record of delivering complex digital products.
• Sharp analytical, prioritisation, and problem-solving abilities.
