Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive professional to join our Supply Chain Operations Control Tower team. In this role, you will serve as a central point of coordination for operational escalations, partnering cross-functionally with dispatch, sales, pricing, and customers to ensure timely issue resolution and continuity of service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for operational escalations related to supply chain services
  • Coordinate across dispatch, sales, pricing teams, and customers to resolve service issues efficiently
  • Proactively manage and resolve operational challenges, including:
  • Capacity constraints
  • Service disruptions
  • Appointment and delivery delays
  • Rate discrepancies and billing concerns
  • Partner closely with the Pricing team to evaluate alternatives and support solution development
  • Ensure clear, timely, and professional communication with all stakeholders
  • Monitor escalations through to resolution, maintaining accurate documentation and tracking
  • Identify recurring issues and recommend process improvements to enhance operational efficiency

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management or a related field
  • 3–5 years of experience in logistics, drayage, trucking, or supply chain operations
  • Strong understanding of drayage operations, carrier networks, and port/rail processes
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
