Role Description

We are seeking a skilled Welder/Fitter for a full-time, on-site role located in Scottsdale, AZ. The Welder/Fitter will be responsible for reading and interpreting blueprints, preparing, laying out, and cutting materials, and applying various welding techniques such as MIG, TIG, and Arc welding to fabricate and assemble structural steel components. Additional responsibilities include quality inspections, equipment maintenance, and adherence to safety standards in the workplace.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Arc Welding, MIG Welding, and TIG Welding
• Strong knowledge of Welding techniques and Materials
• Experience in interpreting and working with blueprints and fabrication schematics
• Attention to detail and the ability to produce precision work
• Commitment to workplace safety protocols and industry standards
• Experience in structural steel fabrication is a plus
• Relevant welding certifications preferred
