About the Role

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced backend engineer who enjoys building scalable applications, working with modern cloud technologies and playing a key role in complex enterprise programmes.

Responsibilities

• Developing and enhancing Java applications using Spring Boot
• Designing and building scalable microservices
• Working with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) and enterprise communication platforms
• Contributing to cloud infrastructure and CI/CD delivery pipelines
• Driving performance, reliability and engineering best practice across the platform

Qualifications

• Strong commercial experience with Java and Spring Boot
• Experience designing and building microservices
• Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) experience
• Cloud experience, ideally Azure
• Exposure to Terraform or Infrastructure as Code
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
• Strong knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases
• Experience working within Agile delivery teams
