Compensation: $90,000 – $102,000/year \+ bonus

Location: Philadelphia, PA

Schedule: Monday to Friday (Hybrid)

Atlantic Group is hiring a Senior Internal Auditor in Philadelphia, PA for our client, supporting internal audit activities including financial, operational, and control-based reviews within a corporate environment. This role focuses on audit testing, process evaluations, and data-driven analysis while partnering with business stakeholders. Responsibilities as the Senior Internal Auditor:

• Audit Execution:

Perform financial and operational audits including testing and control evaluations.

• Control Assessment:

Evaluate internal controls and recommend improvements.

• Process Review:

Analyze business processes to identify risks and enhance effectiveness.

• Data Analytics:

Use data analysis to improve audit coverage and identify risk areas.

• Reporting:

Communicate findings and recommendations to management.

• Documentation and Follow-Up:

Maintain audit documentation and track remediation efforts.

Qualifications for the Senior Internal Auditor:

• Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field is required, CPA or CIA certification or progress toward certification is preferred.

• Experience:

Minimum of 3 years of audit experience within public accounting or internal audit is required.

• Industry Knowledge:

Experience in financial, operational, or integrated audits is required, with insurance or healthcare experience preferred.

• Technical Skills:

Proficiency in data analytics tools and audit software is preferred.

• Skills \& Attributes:

Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities are required.
