Job Description
We're seeking a committed Client-Facing Google Ads Specialist (PPC) to join our Google Ads Team. Your primary role will involve communicating with clients and serving as our key point of contact. The perfect candidate will be enthusiastic about assisting others and committed to delivering outstanding customer service. Additionally, a strong grasp of pay-per-click advertising, particularly Google Ads, and familiarity with Analytics tools and the e-commerce sector are essential. You'll collaborate with our Head of Client Success to enhance customer experience and nurture positive professional relationships. Must be located in EST or CST.
This is a contract position; you must be available to work between 8 am - 4 pm or 9 am - 5 pm EST.
This role is open to anyone in the US or Canada. It is a 1099 role.
This position involves:
- KPI Tracking \& Reporting
- Communicating with clients on an ongoing basis as their primary point of contact.
- Communicating with Media Buyers regarding all client communications
- Sending scheduled updates to all clients on their progress and creating results.

Responsibilities (Tasks Associated With The Role):
- Client Onboarding: Responsible for taking over all client relations once they have enrolled
- Client Communication: Will be responsible for answering all client questions and addressing any concerns in an efficient, retention-based manner. This will be accomplished via slack communication (channel, huddle, etc)
- Media Buying Communication: Communicate with Media Buyers and ensure campaigns are rolling \& performing
- Weekly Progress Reports: Send timely and consistent reports to clients auditing their tracking sheet. Communicate results from campaigns and KPIs achieved
- Monitor Media Buying Progress: Stay informed on everything occurring with Media Buying department
- Problem Solving: Be prepared to create strategies for successful campaigns
Expected Proficiencies:
- Maintain an in-depth understanding of the customer \& their goals
- Experience in Google Ads analytics and providing insights for improvement
- Strict attention to detail and cross checking data
- Highly motivated, organized, and efficient
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills and ability to relay ideas clearly
- Ability to relay technical information to clients, and relay client information to Media Buyers
- Must be friendly and able to clearly communicate with clients in video and written form
- Ability to manage multiple projects consecutively
- Ability to problem solve and provide effective solutions to issues as they arise
Experience/Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of demonstrated experience with Google Ads within the e-commerce industry.
- Profound knowledge of essential e-commerce metrics.
- At least 2 years of confirmed experience in a Customer Success position.
- Fluent in both written and spoken English.
- Prior experience in a digital agency is a MUST
- Located in EST/CST/PST
Compensation/Benefits:
- Base Salary \+ 5% of managed invoice
- $6,000 - $15,000/month OTE
- 1099 role
- Remote
