Logistics Operations Supervisor / Manager

: Atlanta preferred; open to other locations

Responsibilities

• Lead the establishment and implementation of the warehouse 6S management system, formulate unified standards for sorting, straightening, sweeping, standardizing, sustaining and safety. Be responsible for warehouse layout planning, zone division, signage unification and workflow route optimization.
• Drive full-site standardization implementation across end-to-end warehouse operations, including unloading, inbound processing, sorting, checking, packing, pending shipment and abnormal material storage.
• Conduct daily on-site inspections and monthly audits with performance scoring and ranking. Track corrective actions and build a closed-loop management mechanism including identification, notification, rectification and review.
• Summarize operational best practices, deliver standardized documents such as SOPs, flow charts, checklists and layout drawings to support replication and promotion across multiple warehouses.
• Improve on-site operational efficiency, strengthen compliance control and risk prevention, and continuously optimize daily workflows and overall site management.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of working experience in warehouse on-site management, 6S promotion or operational standardization.
• Candidates with proven experience in warehouse layout optimization, on-site standardization and 6S project delivery are highly preferred.
• Familiar with logistics and warehouse operational processes; strong in on-site control, execution, problem-solving and cross-team collaboration.
• Detail-oriented and accountable, capable of independently establishing management standards, organizing regular inspections and driving rectification with a result-driven mindset.
