Qualifications, Personal Attributes \&am**

• p; EducationExperience: 10\+ years in technology leadership roles in a highly results driven entrepreneurial environments (preferably within the healthcare sector), including managing
• AI/ML teams.Technical Expertise: Significant software development expertise including at least 5 years’ AI strategy experience, including developing cutting-edge, bespoke AI solutions on an individual use
• case basis.Commercial Acumen: A customer-obsessed mindset with proven experience driving product revenue and commercializing technical
• innovations.Exceptional Communicator: Ability to translate complex technical jargon into clear, compelling business language for clients, partners, and s
• takeholders.Leadership \& Influence: Experience building or guiding technical teams, mentoring engineers, and fostering a culture of
