📍 San Francisco, CA (On-Site)

I’m currently partnering with a high-end residential builder in San Francisco to hire a Superintendent to lead field operations across multiple luxury home projects and high-end residential projects.

This role will oversee Superintendents and field teams responsible for delivering custom luxury residences, large-scale renovations, and architecturally complex residential projects. The position plays a key role in maintaining exceptional quality, schedule performance, and coordination across multiple active job sites.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor Superintendents and field teams across multiple projects

• Conduct regular site visits to ensure quality, safety, and schedule alignment

• Coordinate closely with Project Managers and leadership on project execution

• Manage field staffing, labor planning, and resource allocation

• Maintain high production and craftsmanship standards across projects

• Identify and resolve site challenges, design conflicts, and schedule risks

• Support strong relationships with homeowners, architects, and trade partners

Ideal Background

• 10\+ years of residential construction experience, with a focus on luxury/custom homes

• Proven leadership experience overseeing multiple high-end residential projects

• Deep understanding of construction methods, sequencing, and field operations

• Ability to read and interpret construction documents and architectural plans

• Experience with construction management tools such as Procore or Bluebeam preferred

• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
