Role Overview

H2Tab is seeking a Junior Graphic Designer to support the execution of high-volume creative across digital and marketing channels.

This is a highly execution-focused role centered around editing, formatting, and producing design assets quickly and efficiently. You will work closely with Senior Designers, the Art Director, and the President/Creative Director to bring creative concepts to life across social media, email, ads, and other brand touchpoints.

The ideal candidate is fast, detail-oriented, and highly coachable — someone who thrives in a high-output environment and is excited to contribute to a growing brand by executing high-quality creative at speed.

Key Responsibilities

01/ Creative Execution \+ Production

  • Execute high-volume design tasks across social, email, paid ads, and digital channels
  • Adapt existing creative into multiple formats, sizes, and variations
  • Prepare and deliver production-ready assets quickly and accurately
  • Support campaign launches and ongoing creative needs with fast turnaround times

02/ Photo Editing \+ Asset Prep \+ Organization

  • Edit, retouch, and optimize raw photos for use across marketing channels
  • Crop, adjust, and format imagery for different platforms and placements
  • Maintain consistency in visual quality, color, and brand standards
  • Organize and manage creative assets for efficient use across teams

03/ Multimedia \+ Video Editing \+ Content Creation

  • Edit short-form video content for social media and paid ads (Reels, TikTok, etc.)
  • Create multiple variations of video content for testing and optimization
  • Perform quick edits, formatting, and captioning using tools like CapCut or similar
  • Support rapid iteration cycles for performance-driven creative

04/ Team Collaboration \+ Support

  • Work under the direction of Senior Designers, Art Director, and Creative Director
  • Implement feedback quickly and accurately with minimal revisions
  • Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to support campaign execution
  • Maintain organization across multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment

Skills \+ Qualifications

01/ Preferred Experience

  • 1–3 years of experience in graphic design, digital design, or content production
  • Experience working within DTC, eCommerce, or social-first brands preferred
  • Basic understanding of performance-driven creative and fast iteration workflows
  • Experience supporting high-volume creative output across multiple channels

02/ Creative \+ Technical Skills

  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) and Figma
  • Experience editing and retouching raw photos with strong attention to detail
  • Experience editing short-form video content (CapCut, Adobe Premiere, or similar tools)
  • Understanding of basic design principles including layout, typography, and hierarchy
  • Ability to adapt designs across formats while maintaining brand consistency
