Robotic Imaging is a reality-capture and AI facilities-intelligence company. We use 3D laser scanning, point-cloud processing, and Building Information Modeling to capture an accurate digital record of our clients’ sites, and our AI facilities platform turns that data into intelligence the largest retail and commercial brands use to plan remodels, scope construction, and manage their real estate at scale.
About the Role
As an SDR, you’re the tip of the spear into the companies we want to win. This isn’t random leadspray. You’ll own a set of named target companies; major retailers and commercial brands and attack them directly: break in, find the right people, learn how they handle site surveys and construction today, and book qualified meetings for our Account Managers.
Responsibilities
- Own and attack a portfolio of assigned target companies — research them, map their stakeholders, and find the decision-makers in real estate, construction, store development, and facilities.
- Run high-volume, multi-channel outbound — phone, email, and LinkedIn.
- Qualify prospects against our ideal-customer profile and book qualified meetings for Account Managers.
- Build and maintain the Company Profile for each account — their growth plans, key stakeholders, current survey workflow, and the path to win — in our platform.
- Keep every assigned company moving — log each touch with an outcome and a next action, and never let an account go cold.
- Hit your numbers — roughly 10 qualified meetings a month, plus the activity and coverage that get you there.
Qualifications
- 1–2 years in an SDR / BDR or outbound sales role — or a real track record of high-volume outreach and hustle.
Required Skills
- Comfortable with heavy outbound and rejection; resilient, competitive, and coachable.
- Strong written and verbal communication.
- Organized and disciplined with CRM / pipeline hygiene.
- Genuinely curious — willing to learn a technical product and how large companies buy.
Preferred Skills
- Experience selling into retail, construction, real estate, facilities, or AEC.
- B2B SaaS, tech, or services sales background.
- Familiarity with ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or similar tools.
- Interest in construction tech, proptech, or spatial data.
