About the Program

We are seeking motivated, early-career professionals to join our Web Development Training \& Consulting Program, where you will gain hands-on experience in frontend or full-stack development, followed by placement on enterprise-level projects with Fortune 500 clients across the United States.

Program Overview

Training (9 Weeks – Atlanta, GA)

Participate in an intensive, instructor-led training program focused on modern web development, covering technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, Node.js, along with development best practices and real-world project simulations.

Client Placement (Post-Training)

Upon successful completion, you will be deployed to client-facing projects with leading Fortune 500 organizations across the U.S. These roles are primarily hybrid or onsite, providing exposure to enterprise environments and cutting-edge technologies.

Key Responsibilities

Participate in a 9-week, hands-on web development training program

Design, develop, and maintain responsive web applications

Collaborate with cross-functional teams (UI/UX, backend, product)

Build user-friendly interfaces using modern frontend frameworks

Integrate web applications with APIs and backend services

Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance

Follow best practices in coding, testing, and deployment

Communicate effectively in client-facing environments

Relocate and adapt to project needs across various U.S. locations

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent)

Minimum 1\+ year of IT company-based experience (internship or full-time)

Strong foundation in programming (JavaScript preferred)

Understanding of web development fundamentals (HTML, CSS, JS)

Strong desire to build a career in web development

Willingness to relocate to Atlanta for training and across the U.S. for projects

Open to hybrid/onsite work environments

Strong communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with React, Angular, or Vue.js

Basic knowledge of backend technologies (Node.js, Express, APIs)
