About the Role
Job Title:
Senior Program Manager
Key Responsibilities
- Drive scope, objectives, and deliverables; ensure release plans are met.
- Own project plans, sprint/quarterly reports, dependencies, risks, and stakeholder communication.
- Run daily triage and assist Shiproom; ensure quality, compliance, and localization standards adherence.
- Troubleshoot E2E systems (e.g., ADO pipelines), maintain backlogs, and lead status reporting.
- Create and maintain cross-team project schedules and dependency maps.
- Define and track success metrics (perf, quality, throughput).
- Facilitate sprint rituals and release readiness reviews; escalate blockers promptly.
- Maintain wikis and external docs; coordinate with Studios Quality and localization.
Minimum Qualifications
- 5-12\+ years of technical program/project management in software/games.
- Proficiency with Azure DevOps, risk management, and software delivery lifecycle.
- Proven experience operating in Agile environments (Scrum/Kanban) with Azure DevOps (Boards/Repos/Pipelines).
- Hands-on experience in leading large teams across full cycle of development of games.
- Strong communication skills, stakeholder management, and documentation discipline (wiki/SharePoint).
- Quality mindset: unit/integration tests, code reviews, and definition-of-done adherence.
- Operational excellence: incident handling, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement.
- Security, privacy, and compliance awareness.

Salary and Other Compensation:
