Role Description

We are seeking a high-performing Growth Marketing Manager to lead marketing with a clear mandate: drive sales, increase brand exposure, and contribute directly to business growth. This is a hands-on role requiring ownership, urgency, and strong commercial judgment. You will be responsible for turning marketing into measurable revenue across both e-commerce and showroom channels. We are looking for someone who can identify what is not working, implement change, and build a structured, high-performing marketing function.

Role Mandate

  • Own and drive revenue through marketing initiatives
  • Increase qualified traffic and convert it into sales
  • Strengthen brand presence while maintaining commercial performance
  • Identify gaps across marketing, website, and sales funnel—and fix them
  • Bring structure, discipline, and forward planning to all marketing efforts

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute marketing strategies that directly contribute to revenue growth
  • Own performance across all marketing channels, ensuring strong return on investment
  • Manage the website as a core sales channel, improving conversion, merchandising, and customer experience
  • Plan and execute campaigns, product launches, and sales events with clear commercial objectives
  • Drive qualified traffic to both online and showroom channels
  • Collaborate closely with the Creative \& Branding Director to ensure alignment between brand and performance
  • Work cross-functionally with sales and showroom teams to improve conversion and customer experience
  • Identify underperformance quickly and take decisive action to improve results
  • Establish and maintain a structured marketing calendar and execution process
  • Continuously analyze data and refine strategies to improve traffic quality, conversion, and sales

Qualifications

  • 3\+ years of experience in growth, performance, or e-commerce marketing
  • Proven track record of driving measurable revenue growth
  • Experience managing and optimizing digital marketing channels
  • Self-sufficient, organized, and able to operate independently
