Salesforce Administrator

Job Description

Primary Duties \+ Responsibility:

• Administer and maintain Salesforce CRM to ensure accurate, complete, and consistent data
• Own data health across Salesforce and integrated platforms including HubSpot, ZoomInfo, Zymewire, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
• Manage and remediate data challenges created by historical org mergers and acquisitions
• Define, document, and enforce data standards for accounts, contacts, leads, and opportunities
• Monitor and troubleshoot integrations to ensure data sync accuracy and reliability
• Implement and maintain data quality controls such as validation rules, deduplication processes, and cleanup routines
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Business Development teams to support CRO‑specific workflows
• Identify data risks that could impact reporting, forecasting, or revenue performance
• Maintain clear documentation of system processes, data definitions, and best practices
• Recommend practical improvements to improve usability and trust in CRM data
