VP of Product

MEDvidi is a fast-growing health technology company delivering virtual care solutions at scale. We operate in a highly regulated healthcare environment where clinical quality, operational rigor, and patient experience are non-negotiable.

We are entering our next phase of growth and are building the leadership team required to scale responsibly, efficiently, and sustainably.

This role combines full ownership of product strategy and execution with the complexity of building AI-first products at scale in a high-growth environment. You will shape the next phase of the company’s trajectory, scaling the business toward $100M\+ ARR and making AI a core driver of product experience.

Team:

You will lead a large, cross-functional organisation across Product, Engineering, Data, Design, and PMM (50\+ people), operating across two product tracks, with strong middle management already in place.

What You’ll Do:

• Define, refine, and execute the long-term AI-first product vision and strategy

• Lead, coach, and manage the product \& engineering organisations

• Continuously refine product \& engineering culture and processes to optimise for high quality of resulting product experiences and execution speed

• Resolve blockers, identify opportunities, and help members of the product \& engineering organisation deliver brilliant product experiences through direct day-to-day engagement on the operational level

• Lead executive-level cross-functional initiatives and processes, such as quarterly strategy \& OKR planning

Requirements:

• Product Sense

Previous experience and skills in both optimising an existing product (growth) and building new successful products. Ability to quickly go through Audience-Problem-Solution triad. Ability to rapidly diagnose a product issue and provide on-the-spot analysis. Always having an opinion about small product decisions. Always having a product vision.

• Behavioural Design

Ability to build product experiences that not just allow people to use features, but actually drive the behaviour of users. Design that achieves actual results rather than just builds features. Exquisite product taste.

• Applied AI

Hands-on experience building AI-first products. Knowledge and skills of defining AI Evals, using AI Evals for continuous improvement, building RAG systems, building Agentic AI systems.

• Leadership \& Management

Leading cross-functional executive-level initiatives. Defining company-level strategy with other executives. Managing performance of the product \& eng organisation. Delivering effective feedback. Coaching team members.

• Executive-level communication

Ability to convey complex information using simple language. Adds clarity to uncertain situations.

• Data-driven decision-making

Ability to diagnose an issue with data. Understanding of the segment-find root cause-suggest fixes approach. Ability to come up with hypotheses quickly. Ability to interpret complex data, find patterns, and define opportunities.

• Structured problem solving

Knows how to approach problems in a structured format, e.g., by building issue trees or hypothesis trees. Ability to digest complex information quickly. Ability to prioritise on the go with imperfect information.
