The Analyst will be responsible for identifying high conviction mispriced small and mid cap opportunities with asymmetrical return potential as well as names positioned as credible acquisition targets, with direct involvement in security selection across both Value and Growth strategies. The role requires a deep understanding of technological framework, patent filings, product roadmaps, technical architecture, and someone who is genuinely fluent in the construction of the technology itself. This role demands strong research skills, disciplined problem-solving, and thorough critical thinking. Collaboration is expected and encouraged. The Analyst will interface regularly with senior investment staff, portfolio managers, traders, company management teams, sell-side analysts, engineers, technologists, data specialists, and industry consultants whose insights may inform investment decisions.
