We're seeking a Brand Marketing Manager to support the growth of a premium tallow-based skincare brand rooted in quality, craftsmanship, and authenticity.

This is a highly cross-functional role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys bringing ideas to life. Reporting directly to the CEO, you'll play a key role in executing the company's growth strategy through marketing, content creation, partnerships, and customer engagement. You'll have significant ownership over your work, the freedom to bring new ideas forward, and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact while collaborating closely with leadership.

What You'll Do

Brand Marketing \& Growth

• Execute marketing campaigns that drive customer acquisition and brand awareness.
• Help refine brand messaging and deliver a consistent customer experience across every channel.
• Identify, test, and implement new growth opportunities through creative experimentation and data-driven decision making.
• Collaborate with leadership to execute high-impact growth initiatives and marketing priorities.

Content \& Social Media

• Plan, create, and publish engaging content across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, email, and other digital platforms.
• Serve as one of the brand's on-camera personalities when appropriate.
• Coordinate with photographers, creators, influencers, and brand ambassadors to expand reach and engagement.
• Stay current on digital trends while maintaining a premium, elevated brand aesthetic.

Sales \& Partnerships

• Build and maintain relationships with retailers, boutiques, spas, and wholesale partners.
• Represent the brand at markets, trade shows, events, and customer meetings.
• Support partnership initiatives that expand brand awareness, distribution, and revenue.
• Contribute to sales and marketing efforts that drive measurable business growth.

Business Operations

As a growing consumer brand, our team works collaboratively across functions to deliver an exceptional customer experience. While this role is focused on marketing and growth, you'll also contribute wherever needed, from fulfilling orders and preparing samples to supporting product launches and special projects.

Qualifications

• 2–5\+ years of experience in marketing, sales, ecommerce, retail, consumer products, hospitality, startups, or another high-performance environment.
• Passion for consumer brands, storytelling, and customer experience.
• Strong understanding of social media as a business and marketing platform.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage projects independently and execute with attention to detail.
• Experience in beauty, skincare, wellness, or CPG is a plus, but not required.
