About the Role

DEWETRON, a leader in data acquisition and power analysis solutions, is seeking a high-performing Regional Sales Manager to drive growth across the Southwest region. This role is ideal for a results-oriented sales professional who thrives in a technical, consultative selling environment and is passionate about expanding business in emerging and high-impact markets.

You will take ownership of an established territory that includes an active pipeline and existing customer base, while also driving new business development across aerospace, defense, automotive testing, renewable energy, and test stand integrators. This is a highly visible role with direct impact on revenue growth and market expansion.

Key Responsibilities

· Own and grow the assigned territory by developing new business and expanding existing customer relationships

· Identify, qualify, and pursue new opportunities within core and adjacent markets

· Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting through closing and post-sale follow-up

· Deliver compelling technical presentations and product demonstrations

· Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers

· Respond quickly and effectively to inbound leads and customer inquiries

· Proactively prospect through networking, social media, and industry events/tradeshows

· Collaborate closely with application engineers, inside sales, marketing, and product management

· Develop and execute a strategic territory and account development plan

· Maintain accurate pipeline visibility and reporting within CRM (Salesforce)

· Stay informed on competitive offerings, market trends, and customer needs

· Provide feedback to product management on customer requirements and market opportunities

What We’re Looking For

· Proven success in technical sales, preferably in data acquisition, power analysis, or related test \& measurement solutions

· Experience selling into aerospace, defense, automotive, or test system integrators

· Strong background or familiarity with power analysis, test systems, compliance or validation testing

· Demonstrated ability to develop new markets and consistently exceed sales targets

· Strong consultative selling, communication, and relationship-building skills

· Ability to translate complex technical concepts into customer value

· Highly self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working remotely

· Proficiency with CRM tools (Salesforce preferred) and Microsoft Office

· Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (EE/ME preferred) or related technical field, or equivalent experience

· Willingness to travel approximately 40–60%

What Success Looks Like in the First 6 Months

· Become proficient in DEWETRON hardware platforms and OXYGEN software

· Take full ownership of the existing pipeline and key customer relationships

· Develop a structured territory growth plan with clear targets and priorities

· Generate 10\+ new qualified opportunities in strategic verticals

· Deliver effective technical demonstrations to prospective customers

· Establish strong internal collaboration across sales, engineering, and marketing

Work Authorization

Pay: $69,164\.69 - $100,000\.00 per year
