Work Schedule: 3 days in office/2 days remote
Compensation: $90-98/hr is the pay range that the employer reasonably expects to pay for this position

Summary:
Seeking an experienced Product or Business Analyst to support the development of an AI‑driven banker insights platform within the Corporate \& Investment Bank (CIB). This role sits on the AI Delivery team, which leads execution of AI and GenAI initiatives across document lifecycle automation, workflow/agency solutions, and client insight platforms. The position requires close collaboration with technology teams, business stakeholders, and third‑party vendors to deliver high‑impact AI solutions.
Responsibilities:
Product \& Requirements
- Translate business needs into clear product requirements and user stories.
- Lead requirements workshops and support creation of wireframes, mockups, and documentation.
- Maintain product backlogs and support design discussions.
Delivery \& Execution
- Partner with technology teams to support custom AI solution builds.
- Coordinate and support UAT planning, execution, and issue tracking.
- Monitor project timelines, milestones, risks, and communication for successful delivery.
- Assist with rollout planning and stakeholder engagement.
Vendor / Third‑Party Management
- Manage delivery activities for vendor‑supported AI and workflow solutions.
- Ensure third parties meet requirements, timelines, and operational readiness.
- Oversee onboarding, transition, and project management for vendor workstreams.
Qualifications:
- Applicants must be authorized to work for ANY employer in the U.S. This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship.
- Experience in product delivery, business analysis, or project management.
- Background in AI, automation, workflow tools, or data‑driven technology products.
- Strong skills in requirements writing, process documentation, and stakeholder coordination.
- Experience supporting both internal builds and third‑party technology integrations.
- Prior exposure to structured or regulated environments is preferred.
- Extensive experience in Business Execution, Implementation, Strategic Planning, or related functions
- Ability to consult on complex business and technical needs and provide strategic insights to senior leadership.
- Experience contributing to product teams or supporting automation‑focused initiatives is highly beneficial.
