We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented

Business Analyst (Fresh Graduate)

to join our team. This role is ideal for recent graduates who are eager to start their career in business analysis, gather requirements, and work closely with stakeholders and development teams to deliver high-quality solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders
• Assist in creating

Business Requirement Documents (BRD)

and

Functional Specifications (FRD)

• Work with cross-functional teams including developers, QA, and product owners
• Support data analysis using Excel, SQL, or reporting tools
• Participate in

Agile/Scrum ceremonies

(stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives)

• Help in identifying business problems and proposing solutions
• Prepare process flow diagrams, use cases, and user stories
• Assist in UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and validate results
• Maintain project documentation and ensure traceability

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in:
• Business Administration
• Information Technology / Computer Science
• Finance / Economics or related field
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Basic understanding of SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle)
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of

MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint

• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new tools/technologies

Preferred Skills (Nice to Have):

• Basic knowledge of

SQL

• Familiarity with tools like:
• JIRA / Confluence
• Power BI / Tableau
• Understanding of Agile methodology
• Internship or academic project experience in business/data analysis
