Digital Marketing Specialist – Media Buying \& SEO

Remote \| Full-Time

The Driscoll Firm, P.C./JJ Legal is seeking a results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to lead the deployment, optimization, and performance management of our paid media and local search campaigns. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in the execution side of digital marketing — building campaigns, managing budgets, improving conversion performance, and strengthening local search visibility.

This is not a creative role. Creative development is handled internally. We are looking for someone focused on strategy execution, campaign optimization, analytics, and search performance.

What You’ll Do

  • Manage and optimize paid social campaigns, primarily through Meta platforms (Facebook \& Instagram)
  • Execute and monitor programmatic display and geofencing campaigns through DSP platforms
  • Track campaign performance, budgets, KPIs, and lead quality across channels
  • Conduct A/B testing and ongoing optimization to improve ROI and conversion rates
  • Manage and improve local SEO performance, including Google Business Profiles, local citations, rankings, and search visibility
  • Monitor paid and organic search performance and provide actionable reporting and recommendations
  • Coordinate with internal creative resources to ensure campaigns launch efficiently and effectively
  • Stay current on platform updates, audience targeting strategies, and digital advertising trends

Qualifications

  • 3\+ years of hands-on experience managing digital advertising campaigns
  • Strong experience with Meta Ads Manager required
  • Experience with DSP platforms, programmatic advertising, and geofencing campaigns required
  • Working knowledge of local SEO best practices and search optimization
  • Ability to analyze campaign data and make performance-driven decisions
  • Experience managing advertising budgets and reporting on ROI
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
  • Legal industry marketing experience is very strongly preferred

Preferred Experience

  • Law firm or legal services marketing background highly preferred
  • Familiarity with lead generation campaigns in competitive markets
  • Experience with call tracking, conversion attribution, and CRM integrations
  • Google Ads experience is a plus, but not the primary focus of this role
