**Job Responsibilities**
As a Software Engineer at Natoma, you'll own the delivery and outcome of customer features and service health. You'll work closely with Customer Success, Product Management, Design and QA teams to deliver high impact features. Additionally, you'll work closely with your Engineering teammates to review and identify service optimizations.
Required Skills
- Ability to show up every day with an enthusiastic, curious and kind attitude.
- Experience building, releasing and maintaining features for enterprise customers
- 3\+ years of software engineering experience
- Excellent communication skils
- Proficiency in Node.js and TypeScript
- Experience with MongoDB or similar document databases
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (GCP preferred) and containerized environments
- Strong fundamentals: data structures, system design, and debugging
- A collaborative mindset and eagerness to learn in a fast-moving startup environment
**Nice to haves**
- Experience with Kubernetes or other container orchestration
- Exposure to identity, security, or authorization systems (OAuth, RBAC, etc.)
- Familiarity with the MCP, A2A, Skills and other AI protocols
