Financial Analyst

We're seeking a motivated

Financial Analyst

Responsibilities

• Support the budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes
• Prepare monthly financial reporting, variance analyses, and management reporting packages
• Build and maintain financial models to support strategic business decisions
• Analyze financial and operational data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities
• Develop and enhance reporting, dashboards, and key performance indicators (KPIs)
• Partner with Finance, Operations, and business leaders to deliver actionable insights
• Assist with profitability analysis, process improvements, and other ad hoc projects
• Utilize ERP data to improve reporting accuracy and business visibility

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
• 2-3\+ years of Financial Analyst, FP\&A, or related finance experience
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and variance analysis
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, formulas, and data analysis
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to partner across departments

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with ERP systems such as Oracle, SAP, NetSuite, or similar
• Manufacturing, cost accounting, or operational finance experience
• SQL or data reporting experience
• Experience working with large datasets and transforming financial data into actionable business insights
• Public company or large corporate environment experience
