About the project

You will join the transformation team of a leading international airline group, working with Maintenance, Repair \& Overhaul (MRO) stakeholders across its airlines to turn complex operational challenges into data- and AI-enabled products. As Business Analyst, you will sit at the intersection of business, data and technology: leading discovery with maintenance \& engineering teams, framing problems into AI-solvable use cases, translating needs into prioritised epics, user stories and acceptance criteria, and supporting the roadmap so solutions are scalable and reusable across all the group's airlines.

👍 Your Profile

• Proven experience as a product-oriented Business Analyst in complex, multi-stakeholder environments
• Strong background working in agile, product-centric teams (backlog refinement, delivery planning)
• Solid understanding of airline maintenance \& engineering (MRO) or similar asset-intensive, safety-critical operations
• Experience contributing to data-driven or AI/ML-enabled solutions
• Excellent communication, facilitation and documentation skills — comfortable running workshops and design sessions
• Proven ability to onboard quickly and deliver value from the early stages of an engagement
• English fluency
• Willingness to travel to London

• Experience in large-scale transformation, complex product delivery or consulting engagements
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders, manage ambiguity and harmonise approaches across diverse business units
